To use the quick splice connectors, you will put the wire you want to splice into on the inside track of the connector. Then put the wire from the wiring harness # C56190 in the track next to it. Close the plastic clip and use some pliers to squeeze the connector to make the splice.

If all of the trailer lights stopped working, I first recommend testing the connector on your Dodge ProMaster. You can use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to test the pins while you have a buddy run through the lighting functions in the vehicle.
